Privacy Policy
1. General Information
This privacy policy applies to the website available at: https://vizhouse.pl
The Service Operator and Personal Data Administrator is: Łukasz Majder, ul. Strażacka 4/3, 41-400 Mysłowice, Poland
Operator’s contact email: studio@vizhouse.pl
The Operator is the Administrator of your personal data with respect to data provided voluntarily within the Service.
The Service processes personal data for the following purposes:
• operating a newsletter
• operating a comments system
• operating an online chat
• handling inquiries submitted via forms
• presenting offers or information
The Service collects information about users and their behavior in the following ways:
• through data voluntarily entered into forms, which are stored in the Operator’s systems
• through cookies saved on end-user devices
2. Selected Data Protection Methods Used by the Operator
• Login pages and areas where personal data is entered are protected at the transmission layer via SSL encryption. This ensures that data entered on the site is encrypted on the user’s device and can only be read on the target server.
• Personal data stored in databases is encrypted in a way that only the Operator, holding the appropriate key, can access it. This protects the data in case the database is stolen.
• User passwords are stored in hashed form. Hashing is a one-way function, meaning it cannot be reversed—this is the current standard for password storage.
• The Operator periodically changes administrative passwords.
• To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, the Operator uses strong passwords containing uppercase and lowercase letters, digits and special characters, with a minimum length of 8 characters.
• Two-factor authentication is used in the Service, providing an additional layer of login protection.
• A key element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator for data processing, especially programming components.
• The Operator regularly creates backup copies to protect data.
3. Hosting
The Service is hosted on servers operated by cyberFolks.pl.
To ensure technical reliability, the hosting provider maintains server-level logs, which may include:
• requested URL resources (pages, files)
• time of request
• time the response was sent
• client station name (HTTP protocol identification)
• information about HTTP errors
• referring URL (previously visited page, if the transition occurred via a link)
• information about the user’s browser
• IP address
• diagnostic data related to service ordering processes
• data related to email messages sent to and from the Operator
4. Your Rights and Additional Information on Data Usage
In certain situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if necessary for the performance of a contract with you or to fulfill legal obligations. This applies to the following categories of recipients:
• authorized employees and collaborators who process data for the purposes of the website
• online chat service providers
• companies providing marketing services for the Administrator
Your personal data is processed no longer than necessary for the tasks arising from legal regulations (e.g., accounting rules). Marketing data is not processed longer than 3 years.
You have the right to request from the Administrator:
• access to your personal data
• rectification
• deletion
• restriction of processing
• data portability
You have the right to object to processing described in point 3.3(c), including processing for the purposes of the Administrator’s legitimate interests, including profiling. The objection cannot be honored if there are overriding legitimate grounds for processing — in particular for establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.
You may lodge a complaint regarding the Administrator’s actions with:
The President of the Personal Data Protection Office (RODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to use the Service.
Automated decision-making, including profiling, may be applied to you for the purpose of performing services under a contract or for direct marketing conducted by the Administrator.
Personal data may be transferred to third countries as defined by data protection laws, meaning data may be transmitted outside the European Union.
5. Information in Forms
The Service collects information voluntarily provided by users, including personal data if supplied.
The Service may store information about connection parameters (timestamp, IP address).
In some cases, the Service may save data linking a form to the email address of the user filling it out. In such cases, the user’s email address may appear in the URL of the page containing the form.
Data submitted in forms is processed for the purpose related to the specific form — e.g., handling support requests, business inquiries, service registration. The context and description of each form clearly explain its purpose.
6. Administrator Logs
User activity in the Service may be logged. These data are used for administration of the Service.
7. Important Marketing Techniques

• The Operator uses the Facebook Pixel. This allows Facebook (Facebook Inc., USA) to know that a specific registered user has visited the Service. The Operator does not transfer any personal data to Facebook. The service relies on cookies stored on the user’s device.
• The Operator uses remarketing techniques to adjust advertising content to user behavior. No personal data is transferred to advertisers. Cookies must be enabled for these techniques to function.
• The Operator uses automated tools that may send emails to users after visiting specific pages, provided that the user has consented to receiving commercial messages.
